Paul W. from Reading owns a holiday home in the Costa Blanca which he rents out for holiday and medium term rentals. Land Grab insurance

The insurance has two major components:

Defective Title Deed
Covers known and unknown title defects occurring prior to the purchase of the property. The sum insured can be up to the full retail value of the property.

Compulsory Purchase
This protects a purchaser of the property where the insured event occurs during the purchase process. In the event that the Property in Spain is the subject of a Compulsory Purchase Order and the insured suffers financial loss as a result we will seek to obtain adequate compensation on their behalf.
